Privacy, Payment and Booking Conditions

  • 100% of the full tariff is required at the time of booking which is non refundable.

  • We only accept guests who have been fully vaccinated. Guests will be required to show proof of vaccination upon arrival. Failure to do so will result in the guest not being permitted to enter the premises and cancellation of their booking without refund.

  • A booking that has not been accompanied by payment will not be accepted.

  • Payment constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

  • Your booking can be postponed provided notice is received at least 30 days prior to your arrival.

  • Our guests, name, email, address and phone number are held on our booking system and are strictly confidential and not available to any third party.

  • Credit card transactions are processed securely and no credit card details are stored on our system.

  • Following successful completion of the booking transaction, booking confirmation details will be emailed to the guest.

  • In the event the property becomes unavailable for your stay a full refund will be given to you.

  • You are responsible for breakages, damage, theft and loss to the property as well as any damage caused by misuse of the room. Please report these to management.

  • Personal belongings and property left at our premises will be mailed or couriered at the guest’s cost.

Check-in time: Check-in is available anytime after 3pm

We will do our best to accommodate guests arriving earlier provided we receive advance notice. In the case that we can't, we are happy for you to park you car here and/or to store your luggage while the room is being prepared.

Check-out time: 10.30am

By prior arrangement and depending on incoming guests, a late check-out fee of $30 per hour or part thereof for each guest room applies.
